1) Is meditating and then dedicating the merits of practice while lucid dreaming more powerful than practicing during the waking state? and 2) The Inception question: is it a worthwhile pursuit to try to commit suicide in a lucid dream in order to experience death before I die?

At the risk of reifying emptiness is there some validity to thinking of "churning a vacuum" so that what before was emoty space -- empty of anything (any thing, i.e. no thing), a vacuum , if you will, can one think of churning emptiness to bring about form, or the non empty? Are there any spiritual parallels one can make with the churning of milk to produce butter? Does this make any sense, or am I being tricked here by the dualistic nature of language.

The most useful donor organs come from young adults who suffer illness or injury that leads to declaration of brain death. Organs (heart, kidney, lungs, liver) are than donated via surgery while the brain dead body is on cardiac and pulmonary support.
