They will be helping home owners walk through the entire rebuild process to keep you on track and connect you with a variety of different services available. One additional note is the CSLB (Ca Contractors State License Board) stipulates a contractor cannot take a deposit more that $1,000 or 1% of the contract, whichever is less. Great resources for owners https://www.cslb.ca.gov/
