I think that is a great idea. We have not had that organized in many years.

If trespassing is no longer being prosecuted, I suppose it’s no longer a crime. Then if police are focused on violent crimes only, we should see a notable decrease in violence.

I have comment about MOU that already exists.

Purely out of curiosity, what are the legal recourses If someone violates a MOU?

So based on David’s comments, are MOUs worth the paper they’re written on? Not to be catty about it, but my own experience has been that they aren’t legally binding.
