Wentian, thanks for the great talk. The hairy phenotype is very interesting. Are the hair follicle of the prx1cre shp2 cko mice have gene deletion? You show that the chondrocyte has elevated wnt signaling, which is a key regulator of hair follicle dev and function.

Great talk. SH2 belongs to src kinase family, It is well known that src is required for ruffled border formation but not osteoclast formation. TRAP+ osteoclasts are increased in src-/- mice while there is no osteoclasts in SH-/- mice. What is the difference of SH2’s function com[pared to src?
