What happens with unspent funds?

Based upon the 100k line for injury… are you approved to spend this only for this application or can you reallocate to other lines?

Is General Fund referring to free cash or the stabilization fund or is it another source of funds?

We talked about it a little bit already but I’d like to go back to the sick or injury coverage lines… both fairly significant… if you don’t need to spend the funds for those applications during the year, you can spend that money on anything else?

cost of iiving is up 5.9%. But the average Cotuit resident is not getting a 5.9% increase in income. Can some of the large increase in water bills be used to pay for some of these water dept budget increases?

The new proposed billing software will allow for Electronic Billing and Online autopay which as adoption increased will decrease both printing and postage expenses.
