my personal preference is monochromatic but my clients like color. monochromatic is calming and allow for more use of textures.

In a home that has interesting architecture, I believe the window treatments should be unobtrusive. Almost blend in. In a space that is devoid of architecture...that’s when I like pattern and more obvious color.
