It is the policy of Israel to make life for "Arabs" as miserable as possible. Behind the Green Line, it is done mainly on a bureaucratic level. In the West Bank, where the government can get away with more, it is worse.

Here is a 4th option that Samir would love: that all the Jews vacate and leave the land that was given to them 4,000 years ago and that was approved by the League of Nations in 1920 and 1922 and by the U.N in 1947 and leave this land to the Arabs to move into and live without Jews.
