For the neighborhood/retail grants, what is the definition of NEW location? New location for us to obtain or new building structure? My nonprofit’s community center is moving from lark street and moving to the Broadway area. The building we are moving into is not welcoming on the outside and we will need help making our commercial space entrance more welcoming and lively.

Our community center is thriving on lark street but we were offered a bigger space to expand our programs and we cannot afford two locations for community centers yet so that is why we unfortunately have to move our of our current space at the moment. In the future, we plan on having more locations once we have more fiscal opportunities =) Thank you all for your advice, wisdom and support
