Hi Alicia--Here is a message we just received and we will be sending out an email about this: The following materials have been updated to reflect the latest ACIP recommendation to include adolescents aged 12 to 15 years as eligible for Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.• Preparation and Administration Summary: Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna• Standing Orders: Pfizer-BioNTech and ModernaThe COVID-19 Vaccine Quick Reference Guide, the Interim Clinical Considerations Summary Document and the Prevaccination Checklist are currently being updated and will be available in the next few days. So we are still waiting on the prevaccination checklist.
