For the compost guy: I bought compostable bags for food scraps, but Seascape says that the bags may not be put in the bin. Do you think it would encourage people to compost if they have to dump rotting food into a bin instead of just dropping in a bag?

Leslee - we have had a drone program for over 5 years. This new program is more specific and models a program that was initiated by Chula Vista Police Department.

what is being done about postal theft? our building was robbed and they used a postal master key to access ALL the boxes. We reported it to the Police and Post office , provided the clear video and heard nothing back.

What happens to green container contents.

Information isn't going out to the average citizen. Bldg office pays bills online, almost didn't see insert. Very bad program on letting everyone know.

Michael: The Rent Control flyer went to all tenants and property owners in December. Both the December and March Seascape contains additional information and were mailed to all residents. We're working on another mailer now that will go to all 60,000 addresses in the City soon. For context we’re on 1st court alley and there are already multiple trucks 7 days a week to handle the multiple bins for the variety of bins in the different building which range from 4 unit buildings to 30+
