Does anyone know whether Mutual Funds are subject to taxes? I need to know for certain before withdrawing it all. It's a "non-taxable" account only if it is left alone or used for education. Education as defined by the Municipality! As an ASN, are such things like these mutual funds taxable? It's a 529 type. I need to know how to respond to the IRS/Internal Revenue Service. I've gotten conflicting reports and opinions on this. I wrote it - but you can google search examples - there are many. Basically....From: use only your Upper Lower proper Name - c/o proper spelled out (address)... Title it Notice of Error. Look on line or a Statement that shows your ALL CAPS NAME... and tell them nicely - I noticed your mistake - you show my name as JANE DOE but my Name is Jane Marie Doe - and this is my lawful given Trade Name. We also require our private account "monies" to be in lawful money and thank you for protecting it.

When can the Sheriffs start deputizing State Nationals? These Sheriffs are much needed to stand by us in the municipal courts so we are not being unlawfully detained as we refuse to cross the bar and assert our status. If we start helping people with their court cases...well see a flood of support unlike anything you can imagine. Imagine all the money poured into these fake attorneys to "defend" us from municipal courts.....all that money could be going toward the assemblies if we start attending court with one another and protecting one another in the fraud courts.

The sheckles you ask for the assembly can come from savings wasted on BAR attorneys to "defend" us in these fraud court proceedings. Imagine the thousands of "retainer" monies that can instead go to our assemblys. Help us shut down these fraud court hearings stealing our money and trafficking our sons and daughters.

I have to spend thousands retaining BAR attorneys to "defend" myself in court. Id love to be able to spend that money on the assembly instead. Unfortunately I felt left hung out to dry when going to the fraud courts. Please think about a template for people even going to court that helps to quickly shut it down and no longer requires these BAR attorneys for help.
