Amethyst, Anne here, coordinator from Delaware. We can not cross state lines to record the new one Page Declaration. The document gets its authority from the State assembly. I can only record for People from Delaware. Please make sure this process is done correctly.

Amethyst — The ILB Identification system is completely outside of and has no connection with anything Anna is doing. Any one in the whole world can get their ILB Profile. Without it I don’t do Z-Plate graphics because your ILB personal “Private Property Code” and “Blood Group” icon goes on it. Anna said she was going to go with the ILB system for the last couple of years but for some reason she switched up and decided to go this a different State ID Card that doesn’t really identify you.

The number assigned to you, as far as I know, is some number they assign to you not all that unlike the way the old State IDs were provided to us. I would like to know the current status of all the "money orders" that were sent in to the IRS through the sign in america debt relief process almost a year ago for phase 1 and then some in phase 2? Those were indorsed instruments, with tangible signatures. Were they returned ? If not the money orders are presumed to be "paid" and all of us that enaged in that process need to have a statement of account.
