The ACA Section 4302 requires all HHS agencies whom collect survey data to collect info on Race, ethnicity, sex and disability....I am not sure if HIE's have a source where they can be able to do that as well? Just curious.

Question to Dr. Mack:You highlighted the key to success in this type of project early on when you said that community buy-in is key. I am sure that you were able to get off to a lightning fast start because your teams developed strong relationships long ago—way back in the meaningful use days when you led the REC. My question is how are you able to maintain and nurture those relationships over years, in between major projects? I ask because I’d like to hear tips for others on how to keep partnerships from atrophying before the next pandemic?

Question to Dr. White:You have such a rich database of SDOH data and you have interventions that tie directly to the answers. Is following up on those interventions—in the acute phase and then maybe after years—something your practices have as a plan or workflow?
