Hi! I'm Tanya. I didn't realize the turnover rate was over 60% in the industry!I understand the importance of the first 90 days is when retaining people. I currently do L&D at a start up here in Chicago. I am passionate about the employee experience but am having a hard time finding an employer to bring these skills to. Is it possible the industry is too small right now or am I looking in the wrong places?
