Deep Listening Meditation (FREE!)
Join us for a free 20-minute guided mindfulness meditation designed to help you feel more grounded, present, relaxed, and spacious. In these offerings, Jillian incorporates awareness practices of the body, breath, mind, and the present moment.
Each meditation is recorded and available for you to repeat as often as you wish throughout the week. These simple, repeatable, practices are good for all levels of experience.
- When: Fridays at 9:30 AM EDT
- What you’ll need: Whatever helps you find comfort sitting or laying down.
- Duration: 15 minutes
