He has been A&R at Warner Bros., RCA, Interscope, Atlantic, Virgin, Jive Records, and Zomba Music. He is the author of the book, One Step Closer, From Xero To #1; Becoming Linkin Park. He received a BMI Song writer Award in 2008, a Hollywood Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018, and a Music Influencer of the Year Award 2017.
