Lisa Collins is a membership expert who advises many membership associations. She's the former head of member engagement at IABM and is a Trade Association Forum Board Member.
Michelle Goodall is CMO at Guild. She has 25+ years experience in community building. After a flourishing career working for a variety of associations, membership bodies and not for profit organisations, Lisa launched her own agency, Dovetail Creative Ltd in 2021 and now supports a variety of organisations with all aspects of community and member engagement, events, marketing strategy and consultancy. Lisa is a frequent speaker and moderator at industry events and is on the board for RISE and Trade Association Forum. In addition, Lisa is involved in several mentoring programmes enabling her to pass on skills and knowledge to help others grow. Stacey Telford (Community Manager @The Marketing Society) Stacey has always worked at membership organisations, predominantly not-for-profits, and has experience in the travel industry, co-working industry and the marketing industry where she employs a hybrid approach to community. She runs the members-only Coffeehouse community for The Marketing Society, which allows a global community of marketing leaders to connect, debate, share knowledge and be inspired.
