Lifestyles and drug consumption: appropriateness, equity and environmental impact

The pharmaceutical strategy, proposed by the European Commission in November 2020, aims to modernize the regulatory framework and support research and technologies capable of reaching patients. The strategy foresees the revision of the basic legislation of the pharmaceutical sector by 2022.
The InfoSALUS event will focus on the main strategies outlined by the EC, analyzing in particular the implications in terms of appropriateness, equity and environmental impact.
The speakers will bring scientific and philosophical contributions on how a paradigm shift, in terms of health and the environment, could effectively intervene in the European debate by bringing proposals that can integrate the current pharmaceutical strategy. The event contains useful indications that can be immediately implemented by European citizens to improve their lifestyle and awareness of the use of medicines.
