Currently, I am recruiting for Investment Banking. My academic background is in Environmental Science and Chemistry with a concentration in energy and sustainability from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Over the last four years, I have worked as a sustainability professional across finance, politics, and consulting. I'm excited to meet you all in the discussion today! Emma Granowitz (MBA Candidate @Chicago Booth) Emma Granowitz is a first year MBA student at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to Booth she worked at Boston Consulting Group where she managed global recruitment for the corporate Marketing function, hiring for roles from Editorial to Branding. Not only did she partner with functional leads on organization and compensation strategy, she also helped to build BCG’s first ever global recruiting analytics dashboard and optimized purchasing decisions of the recruitment function. Before beginning her MBA, Emma interned with Tech For Non-Techies, a Booth founded Startup focused on enhancing skills of non-technical professionals looking to work in the tech world. At TFNT she worked on product development, growth strategy, and research. Alejandra Castaño (MBA Candidate @The Wharton School) Alejandra Castaño, is currently an MBA student at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, she worked at BlackRock in the Corporate Strategy and Corporate Sustainability teams where she worked closely with the C-suite on firm strategic projects. Alejandra is originally from Queens, NY and will be interning at the BCG offices in NY during the summer of 2022. Alejandra also holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University. Ben Haye (MBA Candidate @Harvard Business School) Ben Haye is currently an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School with a passion for venture investing and building companies. This summer, he was a pre-MBA intern at Antler, an early-stage VC where he worked closely with founders, helped to build and optimize internal processes for the firm, and conducted due diligence for the firm’s investments. Prior to that, Ben was an operator and intrapreneur at Better.com. In his last role, he was a Strategy and Operations Manager for Better Real Estate, an ancillary business of the fast-growing homeownership platform, Better.com. He worked alongside the general manager of the business to rapidly scale the company, overseeing business strategy, marketing, operational processes, financial metrics while wearing a myriad of other hats as the company scaled. He started his career as a strategy analyst at Accenture after graduating with honors from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
