Why it matters to have good data to use comparables

In this webinar, we will explore some of the challenges that investors face in using comparables to estimate values of private infrastructure assets. Using infraMetrics® data, we will highlight that if you have a vast and robust dataset available, you can indeed select an appropriate set of comparables for each asset by looking at the characteristics, financials, and the risk-return profile. We will further demonstrate this point through some individual case studies of asset valuation using the comps approach.
