We will hear about Accountor's experiences around their DE&I journey presented by Chief Competence and Sustainability Officer Mari Vuorre. To support their DE&I efforts, Accountor has successfully implemented two NLI methodologies, DECIDE and INCLUDE. Mari will share the Accountor journey - all the way from getting started to implementation and measuring impact.

INCLUDE - The neuroscience of smarter teams that equips people to dramatically improve their interactions and foster stronger working relationships in real-time.

Over the past years, the NeuroLeadership Institute has helped hundreds of organisations follow the science to reduce bias and increase inclusion through rigorous research and applicable concepts that create measurable change. We do this by starting with the brain: anchoring DE&I initiatives on science and focusing on habit activation at scale.
