Introducing Examiner 3.4.0
3D-Radar are pleased to present our latest software update. Examiner provides users with a world-class software platform for the interpretation & analysis of ground penetrating radar data produced by 3D-Radar Antenna Array products.

Key Release Points:

Your data has no boundaries! Examiner 3.4.0 is focused on Stitching!

Data collected during the survey in multiple passes can be combined or “stitched” to provide a single 3-dimensional environment.

Evaluating data is more efficient in a variety of applications using Stitching. The interface tracing algorithm will now populate data further with each mouse click and is just one scenario where this tool has a significant advantage.

>Stitching Selection Tools

Examiner provides flexible ways to apply stitching. These include:

Best Fit – let Examiner plot the best possible area for Stitching! Perfect for entire projects and to start stitching your project in a couple of mouse clicks.

Rectangle Draw - define the start and the end of the rectangle area and complete the rectangle with the width. Stitch specific parts of the project!

Custom Draw - Click along the desired path for your Stitched area to be applied, ideal for creating a bespoke area.

>Stitching Options

With Stitched data provides even more possibilities:

Axis Flip – Swap round the X and Y axis for the stitched data.

Direction Flip – Change the direction of the data.

X and Y Resolution – Change the sampling resolution of your Stitched data.

Processing Tasks – Stitched data incorporates your processing choices. Migration and Thick Slices can be added in addition to Stitched areas.

Edit Navigation – Stitched areas can be edited with the Navigation Editor.

>Exporting Data

Interfaces can now be exported using Local and Absolute Grid. This provides users the ability to produce either a grid of samples from the actual locations or create a grid of data at set intervals.
