Chad Ritchie
CIO @Ventura Country CU
Chad first became a member of the credit union community in 1995 while serving as an Arabic Linguist in the United States Air Force at the National Security Agency. Since that time, he has created digital strategies for some of the largest brands in the world, including: LG, Johns Hopkins, Dell, McKesson, Comcast, Rush University Medical Center and many more. Today, he is the CIO of Ventura County Credit Union with a track record of over 25 years of creating business strategies that drive growth and positive customer experiences and one of the first people to successfully pioneer digital transformation in the credit union industry.
Christopher Eden
VP Information Security & Technology @People’s Credit Union
Christopher Eden has been with People’s Credit Union since March 2003, holding several positions throughout the organization. Starting his career with People’s as the Assistant Manager of Deposit Operations, he was then promoted to several positions, including Call Center Manager and Branch Manager, where in a three year time span he managed People’s North Kingstown, Portsmouth and Wakefield branches. He then went on to become Manager of Alternate Delivery Channels and then Branch Operations Manager. In December of 2012, he was promoted to his most recent position Vice President, Information Security and Technology.
Joseph Ruck
Solutions Architect WWPS – NPO @AWS
Joseph Ruck is a Senior SA for AWS and Team Lead for Fin serve and Credit Unions in the NPO org. Joseph provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology platform to his customers through his role at AWS. Joseph works to deliver AWS cloud services to improve IT infrastructure and services, information security systems and compliance, administrative systems, hybrid network / infrastructure design and end user computing. Prior to joining AWS, Joseph spent 20 years in information technology roles in legal, consultancy, and architecture. Joseph holds a BA and MA in Architecture from the University of Maryland, and is a United States Marine Corps veteran.
Zachary Hill
Chief Technology Officer @Think|Stack
Zach began his career early in life with an internship as a helpdesk technician at a recycling company out of Chicago and has worked his way through the IT ranks from System Administrator to his current role as Chief Technology Officer at Think|Stack. His specialties come from a heavy networking engineering and virtualization background allowing him to easily transition into the dynamic and complex cloud environments of the modern technical landscape. As an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Zach is equally at home generating the architectural plans for a complex service deployment within AWS. Zach’s vision and drive to be at the bleeding-edge fuels Think|Stack’s growth and provides clients with an innovative, constantly evolving technology strategy. You will often hear Zach saying, ‘no technology for technology’s sake’ or ‘if it isn’t automated it isn’t true.’ Zach firmly believes that technology should make life easier, not harder.
