Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) is a gentle touch art of releasing tensions and balancing the energy that flows throughout the body. It can be practiced in any space at any moment. It can be given by a practitioner or to yourself to unblock tensions, relieve pain, improve digestion, improve sleep, restore feelings of balance and help enable you to relax deeply.
