Major is a nationally known grocery industry expert and has also been a leader and advocate for promoting and advancing women in retail, having played a pioneering role in the creation of food industry’s premier women’s leadership recognition platform, Top Women in Grocery.

Brian Dey’s self-proclaimed passion for produce merchandising is evident with every discussion he has, display he builds and person he trains. Brian’s ability to grow sales and create excitement at retail is second to none, and his positive methods on training and building confidence with all levels of personnel in stores is infectious. Brian is a frequent contributor to retail articles that are featured in The Packer/PMG. He is also a recipient of the Produce Business 40 Under 40 as well as a member of the 2021 Packer 25 as being one of the top 25 in the industry. Brian has been in produce retail for 34 years, with 24 of them at Four Seasons Produce.

Don Trouba is Director, Go-To-Market at Ciranda, a leading supplier of certified organic, non-GMO and fair-trade food ingredients, including syrups, oils, starches and cocoa products. Trouba joined the company in 2021 and oversees Ciranda’s strategic marketing, product innovation and sustainability teams. Prior to joining Ciranda, Trouba led go-to-market for Ardent Mills’ specialty products division, with responsibility for marketing and sales of its ancient grains, heirloom wheats and product innovations. A graduate of the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, Trouba resides in Aurora, Colorado, with his wife seven kids.

Erin Harper has been with Whole Foods for almost 14 years, serving in a multitude of merchandising, operational, global and regional capacities. Erin has been working on the Whole Foods Global Merchandising team for the past 7 years; first, as a National Dairy Merchant for the 365 store concepts, then as a Global Category Merchant for all refrigerated beverages and now as the Global Director of Dairy, supporting a team of 12 as they push industry standards in both traditional and plant based dairy categories.

Angela Jagiello has been at OTA for over 10 years, serving as our Director of Education & Insights. She works on education programming tools, including the content development of our Webinars, planning conference content, such as Organic Week’s Conference Day, leading our retail market and consumer insights projects, and industry and consumer survey development and deployment. In addition, she works directly with the Retailer Council. Angela’s passion for organic agriculture as a solution for our planet, for consumers, and as a growing economy has been reinforced through work with retailers, manufacturers, members of the media, and advocacy groups. She has worked on issues that have both formed and challenged the organic proposition. Prior to her time at OTA, she served as Senior Manager of National Accounts for Dr. Hauschka Skin Care Inc, where she worked directly with some of the nation’s largest organic product retailers. She has a background in journalism and public relations.
