Eugene Lau (Vice President, Financial Institutions @Franklin Templeton, South East Asia) Eugene Lau is part of Franklin Templeton’s Financial Institutions team, managing retail distribution channels. Eugene has over 15 years of pure Asset Management industry experience, predominantly in Retail Business Development and Client Servicing. He was previously with UOB Asset Management (2021 to 2022), Legg Mason (2019 to 2020), Allianz Global Investors (2013 to 2019) and Aberdeen Asset Management (2007 to 2013). William Chang (Institutional Portfolio Manager @Templeton Global Equity Group) William Chang is an institutional portfolio manager for the Templeton Global Equity Group, responsible for the APAC region. Immediately prior to joining Templeton in 2021, Mr. Chang was a vice president with the client solutions team with Goldman Sachs Asset Management in New York. He was responsible for origination efforts, as well as developing content and portfolio solutions for corporate/public pensions, sovereign wealth funds, and endowments.
