North America is home to over 4,000 native species of bees, not including lookalike species such as wasps and yellow jackets. In this webinar, learn to tell the difference between honeybees and other stinging insects, and how life inside the works: How and why are queens made? What are the different jobs a bee can do, and how is nectar turned into honey?

Join Northwest New Jersey Beekeeper Association Master Beekeeper Jean Miller on the first of a multipart series on the role of honeybees in New Jersey, and how to understand and help these important yet threatened pollinators.
