Jessica Bartos, Investment Manager at Albion VC, joined the fund from Rothschild & Co where she served as a Vice President, advising technology, media and telecom firms on mergers and acquisitions. Working in Rothschild’s New York and London offices, Jessica advised companies and investors like AT&T, Intel, KPN, Apax Partners and The Carlyle Group, amongst others. She has developed tech specialisms in cloud communications, digital advertising, fintech and enterprise software. At Albion VC Jessica’s focus is on fintech, insuretech and healthcare.
Mark Elenowitz

Mark Elenowitz, President of Horizon Fintex (Horizon) is a Wall Street veteran with over 27 years of experience. Mark was the co-founder of a U.S. broker dealer and is Managing Director of two U.S. broker dealers, responsible for advising clients on compliance, capital structure and capital market navigation. He was responsible for leading the first successful Reg A+ IPO of a company to list on the NYSE and others which listed directly onto NASDAQ. He is a noted speaker at Small Cap and Reg A events, including the SEC Small Business Forum and has been profiled in BusinessWeek and CNBC, as well as several other publications. Mark is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Business and Management with a BS in Finance and holds Series 24, 62, 63, 79, 82 and 99 licenses.

Matt Smith is the CEO of SteelEye and has spent two decades in technology management and is now focused on helping financial firms use their data to solve regulatory challenges and gain a competitive edge. Prior to SteelEye, Matt worked at Noble Group as their Chief Information Officer and at Bloomberg as a Senior Product Manager, overseeing regulatory technology and helping evolve the product strategies for a range of financial regulation, compliance trading and analytics solutions.
