Re-boarding – the next big talent challenge
Engaging with employees and candidates to get them comfortable about coming to work is a complex and urgent challenge.

The language required to get employees to return enthusiastically to the workplace or getting candidates comfortable with new hiring processes and remote onboarding has many hallmarks of a crisis negotiation.

Elizabeth Stokoe, a professor of Social Interaction at Loughborough University and will share her insights on how HR and Talent Leaders can find the right language to help their reluctant returners and nervous candidates get more comfortable.

From technology services company, Ricoh UK, we will be joined by Andy Nicholls, Head of Resourcing and Catherine Morrell, Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager, as well as Hugh Fordham, CEO of communication platform, Hollaroo, who will share some practical perspectives on effective onboarding and re-boarding.
