Rod Jones World Class Contact Centres MasterClass 8-Part Seminar series
The internationally recognised Rod Jones "World Class Contact Centres" MasterClass seminar has been 'virtualised' into 8, two-hour modules presented live in webinar format by Rod Jones. The series began with Session #1 on 27th October and followed up on 10th and 17th November.
