Sonya Puterbaugh
Assistant Program Manager Laboratory Assessment Program @AASHTO re:source
Sonya joined AASHTO re:source as a Laboratory Assessor in January 2014, and became an Assistant Manager of the Laboratory Assessment Program in 2018. She is University of Pittsburgh graduate, with a BS in Biomechanical Engineering, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
Mike Wagner
Assistant Program Manager Laboratory Assessment Program @AASHTO re:source
Before starting his career at AASHTO re:source in 2010, Mike spent several years working for the National Park Service and the Student Conservation Association at various national parks. He has served in a variety of roles at AASHTO re:source, including Laboratory Assessor, Senior Laboratory Assessor, and now as an Assistant Manager of the Laboratory Assessment Program. He is a graduate of Slippery Rock University in western Pennsylvania.
