In May 2020, Grameen Foundation (Grameen) supported by J.P. Morgan, began implementing the COVID-19 Response to Enhance Livelihoods of Individual Entrepreneurs and Families (COVID-19 RELIEF) program to assist individual entrepreneurs, particularly women, running micro enterprises in the Philippines. It aims to work with Microfinance Institution (MFI) partners to provide immediate relief assistance and longer-term recovery support to individual entrepreneurs and their families.
