マインド　ジェンダーギャップ：私達は崖を跳び越えて行けるのか？ - Mind the Gender Gap – Can we take the leap forward?

日本の男女格差は世界経済フォーラムのグローバル・ジェンダー・ギャップ（世界男女格差）レポート(2020)で153カ国中121位となるなど、先進国の間でもかなり大きく、昨年より悪化しています。現状、京都大学でも全学生における男女比率は3:1となっています。
京都大学は、これらのジェンダー・ギャップにどのように立ち向かい、乗越えていくのでしょうか？稲垣 恭子 京都大学理事・副学長(男女共同参画、国際、広報、渉外担当)と山中 伸弥 京都大学iPS細胞研究所長／教授（2012年ノーベル医学・生理学賞受賞）をお招きし、ジェンダー・ギャップへの対応、国際社会への関わり、京都大学をより良くするための方向性についてお話いただきます。


Japan’s gender gap is by far the largest among all advanced economies and has widened over the past year according to the World Economic Forum's 2020 Gender Gap Report which ranks Japan 121st out of 153 countries on the Gender Gap Index. Kyoto University reports a 3-to-1 male-to-female ratio for undergraduates and graduate students currently enrolled. How does Kyoto University plan to combat this systemic gender gap issue?
