Rebecca Honig
Director of Content and Curriculum @Ready4K
Rebecca Honig is the Director of Content and Curriculum at Ready4K, where she spends her days working with an amazing team to create learning resources for families across the country. She has written and produced segments for the Emmy Award Winning show The Electric Company and has authored numerous parent guides, children’s books and teacher resources for Sesame Workshop, Scholastic, Disney, PBS, HITN, Nickelodeon and many others. She served as a Curriculum and Content Specialist for Sesame Street and spent ten years teaching in early childhood settings. Before jumping into the world of education Rebecca voiced characters on dozens of national cartoons and performed in theaters across the East Coast.

When Popcorn is not napping in the sock drawer, he’s on the hunt for games (learning games that is). A finder of fun wherever it’s hiding, Popcorn is an expert at turning everyday objects and routines into opportunities for games and learning adventures. Before beginning his career as a leader in family learning and fun he was the resident sock for a size seven foot.
