One of the things Alex loves most about counselling is the privilege that comes through sitting with courageous individuals each and every day. She learns through her interactions with clients and is grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside them through various stages of life. Alex offers individual counselling in-person, online, and over the telephone. In addition to her counselling work, she has been using her skills to facilitate mental health groups and informative webinars for businesses and not-for-profits. Alex has received an M.A. in Counselling from Providence Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s in Science in Psychology from the University of Alberta.
