CHWM includes weekly themes and challenges, and the first week focuses on workplace mental health – hence, our topic for this webinar!
Whether you are just getting started or you already have a mental health strategy and you want to take it to the next level, it is always important to understand those ‘essential’ actions an organization can take to improve employee MH and create a safer and healthier organization. This session talks about the important workplace mental health ‘essentials’ – those critical components of your wellness strategy that will drive employee psychological health and safety in the workplace.
You will also learn more about the practice of Mindfulness – an essential tool that increases stress resilience and supports employee well-being – and how you can bring this practice to your workplace with some simple exercises.
