The numbers don’t lie. Women’s careers have been devastated by Covid-19. The US lost 140,000 jobs in December 2020. All of those jobs were held by women.

We generally live longer, but our ability to save for retirement has been impacted, and our home-based responsibilities have greatly increased. Due to Covid, women are doing 15 hours per week more than men on domestic chores and women are twice as likely as men to be responsible for the homeschooling.
