Employee Offboarding: The Most Overlooked Element in Your Talent Strategy
Organizations spend a great deal of time, resources and money onboarding new talent, retaining and developing their employees, but very little effort and few resources go toward offboarding the same people with an equal level of compassion and attention. This is extremely shortsighted given the growing churn in the workforce today, and the potential cost to a company's employment brand.

In this webinar, ICC hosts two dynamic senior business and human resources executives, Mike Quinn and George Sample, as they discuss their unique perspectives on offboarding programs and provide expert insights on why offboarding is more than just compliance; its a culture and management mindset.
