The Wrist - Anatomy, Biomechanics and Radiology, a brief overview
This presentation is designed to familiarise participants with basic functional anatomy of the wrist including how it moves and works – essentially, the biomechanics.

The presentation will also cover the role of radiology, providing a basic understanding of plain X-rays and the rationale of using other imaging in wrist surgery.

By the end of this webinar, participants should understand the functional anatomy of the wrist, the basic biomechanics of the wrist, and imaging options for investigation of the wrist.

Learning outcomes:
• Understanding the functional anatomy of the wrist - what is the wrist made of?
• Basic biomechanics - how does the wrist work?
• X-rays and other imaging options - how do we investigate the wrist?
