ISE Webinar: Optimizing care for Pediatric Patients with Thyroid Cancer
In 2015, the American Thyroid Association published inaugural guidelines on the evaluation and management of thyroid nodules and differentiated thyroid cancer in children and adolescents.

Since this time, there are new data to improve selection of thyroid nodules for fine needle aspiration as well as stratify individualized surgery and medical care. This webinar will review these topics and highlight opportunities to improve care.

In addition, you will be given the tools to:
1. Identify shortfalls in data and recommendations in the 2015 ATA pediatric thyroid nodule and differentiated thyroid cancer guidelines
2. Evaluate recent data and publications that may lead to improved stratification of surgical and medical therapy in pediatric patients with thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer
3. Apply new knowledge into an individualized and organized approach to the evaluation and treatment of pediatric patients with thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer
