With 20 years of experience, Lia has started her own loyalty consulting practice. Most recently, Lia was a Divisional Vice-President of Loyalty at The Bay, a fashion, home and beauty retailer. Lia rose through the ranks of leading companies, such as Loblaw (a leading grocery retailer), Sears, and LoyaltyOne (a coalition program operator). Lia started her career at American Express and The Home Depot. Lia holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Texas.
