The interactive live webinars will convene clear-eyed experts and cutting-edge information to give business owners concrete frameworks, actionable guidance and practical tools to prepare your business for the coming downturn.

Founder and CEO @BizHack Academy

Founder and lead instructor of BizHack Academy, which provides digital marketing training to corporations and marketing executives businesses across South Florida. He was the News Director at WLRN (Miami’s NPR station) and was part of a Pulitzer Prize-winning team at The Miami Herald. He co-hosted Miami’s first podcast, Under the Sun.

TerriAnn Brown

TerriAnn is the Director of Community Partnerships for The Venture Mentoring Team. TerriAnn supports entrepreneurs in accelerator programs for early stage startups and small businesses. She creates and designs programs, assessments, outreach, mentor engagement, and impact. Her super power is leveraging her network, community resources, and skills to empower entrepreneurs.

Jennifer R. Hudson

Jennifer is a certified mentor and coach with The Venture Mentoring Team, Radical Partners and 1909 Accelerator, which support entrepreneurs and social impact leaders. She is a past president and board member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, and currently serves on the Universal Accreditation Board for the organization. Jennifer is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, and has been a board director or committee member with various nonprofits and professional associations in South Florida. As a strategic communications advocate, trainer, mentor, consultant and speaker, her superpower is helping PR leaders step boldly into their role as the trusted advisor every organization needs.

Liz Mershon

Liz Mershon is an independent executive business coach with extensive knowledge of EOS. She has worked in multiple industries including entertainment, establishing South Florida’s premier independent television studios with clients such as Discovery Channel, NBC/Telemundo and Columbia TriStar, and the healthcare industry where was Senior Vice President at Monte Nido, a national behavioral health care leader with 22 national facilities.

Mike O'Donnell

As a recovering serial entrepreneur, Mike has started, built and sold several venture capital-backed companies. Now he helps other entrepreneurs to start, scale and sell their businesses. With several decades of hands-on experience as a successful entrepreneur, angel investor, business growth advisor, and M&A professional, Mike brings the know-how, tools, and connections to turn ideas into viable businesses and proven businesses into exit opportunities.

Russ Sorrells

Russ Sorrells has walked the business ownership walk. He has built three companies from scratch and purchased two additional businesses throughout his 28-year business career. He understands the struggle that is business ownership & leadership. After successfully exiting all of his businesses, he now invests all of his time helping owner operated businesses go further faster by implementing a business operating system called Pinnacle.

Nadeige Sterlin

Nadeige is Co-founder and Co-Owner of La Paix Bakery—a family-owned and operated business in the Historic Miramar community since November 2005. Nadeige also brings over a decade of corporate experience from PepsiCo, across various HQ and the field leadership roles in sales, change management, marketing and commercial strategy. As an agile leader, Nadeige leverages her time within the public sector as a volunteer across the local community. On a personal note, Nadeige is driven towards issues grounded in education, equity and economic development across communities.

Yenvy Truong

Yenvy Truong is a creator, trailblazer, and entrepreneur in health and wellness. Her background is in biomedical engineering and chemistry, but her passion calls her to not only innovate, but to scale—to bring cutting edge concepts, ideas, and technologies to a mass audience, to the people who need it the most. For over 15 years she built and developed companies in the anti-aging, integrative, functional, longevity, and lifestyle medicine markets.
