Lancette works as a clinician in private practice, as a professional educator, owns and operates her own public health mobile dental hygiene program and is an internationally recognized continuing education speaker. Her topics appeal to the entire dental team and are designed to present cutting edge information and address current public health issues. She has received many awards, including the Nevada Dental Hygienist of the Year and the Innovative Career Vision Award. She gained national recognition when she received the 2018 Professional Achievement Award from the American Dental Hygienists Association recognizing her for her contributions to the advancement of the art and science of the dental hygiene profession over the last 15 years.
