Karla Haglund

Haglund has over 20 years of experience in Process Improvement and Collections. She served in several leadership roles at Michigan based Asset Acceptance Corporation and Weber & Olcese PLC, where she oversaw collection, recovery and legal processes. The success of the programs under her direction inspired her to become the founder of her own process improvement and consulting company. Such experience led her to process improvement initiatives for then-Sterling Heights Community Federal Credit Union. under her leadership she successfully rebranded the Credit Union to the name of Live Life Federal Credit Union to further capture the vision of the Credit Union, which has reached far beyond its roots in Sterling Heights Michigan. Since her appointment, assets have more than doubled.
