RIPE 100 Policy Proposal Webinar: Payments Over Costs for Ag Stewardship

Join farmers, ranchers ,and other ag professionals from around the country to learn about Rural Investment to Protect our Environment (RIPE), a producer-led organization advancing a national policy that would enable producers to earn a fair return for implementing voluntary conservation practices.

Instead of cost-share, RIPE100 would pay producers the combined costs of: implementation, economic losses during transition to new practices and costs associated with future climate implications. All RIPE-approved practices exceed $100 per acre or animal unit in environmental benefits.
