Engaging with organisations at the beginning of their journey to learn about their areas of focus and any industry challenges they face. Brings experience to highlight how the Great Place to Work® Ireland programm informs the leadership and demonstrate how well the people are aligned to the strategy. Welcoming organisations from every size and sector in order to set them on the path to being a Great Place to Work® while recognising and celebrating them and their people. Shane McDonnell (Business Development Manager @Great Place to Work® Ireland) Shane is the Business Development Manager at Great Place to Work® Ireland. He has been with the company for over 4 years and has spent the last 12 years working in Asia. His favourite part of the job is working with a great variety of clients, all with their own unique cultures and stories. Shane is often the first point of contact on the certification journey and enjoys outlining the benefits that the certification process brings to all types of businesses. Grainne Quinn (Business Resources Manager @Global Ireland) Grainne has been with the company since its inception, and brings with her a wealth of experience and insight across all areas of the business. Her role has seen her involved in the areas of administration, marketing, and also as executive assistant to the Managing Director. Contributing to the business at a senior level on transition and change management processes. Her current role sees her manage the business resources, HR, IT and facilities. She supports managers and staff across the business in promotion of their culture, recruitment and staff development; and with their Administration Executive manages Work Well Live Well, Global wellness programme.
