The Two Secrets to Career Success Led By Chris Golis
As for the first secret:
Charles Handy is best management guru the UK has produced in the last 60 year. In 1997 for its 75th Anniversary Edition the Harvard Business chose Handy as one of five gurus asked to write an article. Fortune Magazine has described him at the leading management guru of the 1990s. Charles was Chris Golis’ tutor at the London Business School and explained the first secret of career success; something he has never published in any of his books and something Chris will disclose during this webinar.

Does this sound like you?

- When you started you wanted to build a successful career but soon learnt that being passionate is not enough.
-Later with your foot on the management ladder you noticed others were promoted and wondered why?
-At times have you wondered if this is as good as it gets?

The problem is most people do not have a scientifically valid model of temperament to help them determine their own and other people’s core emotions. Emotional Intelligence is increasingly being defined as the core competency a leader and manager must have. Everyone tells you it’s important but no-one tells you a practical and scientific way to lift it.

Developing a high level of emotional intelligence is the second secret of career success.

During this FREE Webinar Chris will explain:

- The two secrets of career success.
- The importance of understanding temperament.
- Insights into the most practical temperament tool available.
- Simple ways to dramatically lift your own emotional intelligence.
