Under his leadership, the Pembroke Hotel has undergone a series of transformative projects aimed at improving customer experience, such as gaining EFQM certification, rebranding, refurbishments, and introducing a touch-free experience for guests. These efforts have resulted in the hotel growing from 40 to 75 employees and retaining its leading position on TripAdvisor for over 10 years.
