1 ½ cups frozen shelled edamame, thawed, plus more for garnish
¼ cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
1 large garlic clove, roughly chopped
¼ cup tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground coriander
¼ cup water
Cracked black pepper for garnish
