He is currently Head of Client Proposition at Coniq. Joel is focussed on building strong engagement programmes from the value proposition through to customer communications and incentive strategies. Yuping Liu-Thompkins (Director and Professor of Marketing @Loyalty Science Lab) Yuping Liu-Thompkins is Professor of Marketing and Director of Loyalty Science Lab at Old Dominion University. She is a customer loyalty expert and has researched the design and effectiveness of loyalty programs extensively. She has published in top marketing journals and has provided expert commentaries in major media outlets. Antony Draper (Antony Draper, Product Owner, Boots Advantage Card Development @Boots) Antony is an experienced product owner leading the development of the Boots Advantage Card. With more than 25 years of marketing experience, Antony has developed data-driven marketing propositions grounded in customer insight across CRM and digital channels, leading cross-functional teams across technology, marketing and commercial. Paulo Claussen (Senior Director - Loyalty @Michael's) Paulo is an accomplished Loyalty Marketing executive with proven success at top companies in the financial services and speciality retail industries. He brings a wealth of loyalty program design, strategy, and management, including customer lifecycle, personalization at scale, and retention programs. Premal Patel (General Manager - UK @Catalina) Prem is Catalina’s UK General Manager leading strategic customer relationships and transformation initiatives. Prem has been at the forefront of global customer loyalty and customer activation for over 25yrs, turning insight into action for growth in world famous brands including American Express, Visa, NatWest Bank and Sainsbury’s. He joined Catalina in 2015 having been a client of Catalina leading the Sainsbury’s Nectar, the UKs leading coalition loyalty scheme. Prem understands how to engage shoppers in an ever-disruptive retail arena and has acquired vast experience creating multi-channel shopper activation solutions for brands and retail to drive performance.
